Partner Program
Own an Experience Tiny Homes location.
License the brand, the model lineup and the full vendor network — then sell homes and build communities under a name buyers already trust.
We're not just selling tiny homes. We're licensing a way to sell them. Bring property — or access to it — and we'll set you up with a dealership kit: a curated lineup of model homes, our brand and trademark, and the relationships behind every unit. You market with the system we've already built, sell to backyard buyers and developers alike, and stand up tiny-home communities with our development team behind you.
Everything you need to sell under our name.
The brand & trademark
License the Experience Tiny Homes name and marks. You sell under a brand buyers already recognize — not a cold startup.
Your model lineup
Choose 3–5 model homes for your lot from across our collection — park models, smart modular pods, expandable units, glass domes.
The vendor network
Plug into our full network of manufacturers, suppliers and trade partners, with the pricing and relationships we've built.
The marketing system
The same site, content and lead engine you're looking at now — deployed for your location, so you market like a national brand on day one.
Sales playbook & support
Pricing, process, buyer qualification and ongoing support so your team can sell with confidence.
Development backing
Our development division behind you for the community side — from feasibility to finished pads.
Sell homes. Build communities. Or both.
Sell homes, one at a time
Run your lot like a premium dealership. Sell to buyers placing a home on their own land — a backyard ADU, a guest house on the family acreage, a rental, a getaway.
- Retail margin on every unit
- Backyard ADUs, guest houses, studios, rentals
- No community required to start earning
- Our marketing system drives the leads
Build a community
Develop the land into a tiny-home community — the economics of a mobile-home park, reimagined as somewhere people actually want to live. Place homes on lots, sell or lease, and hold an income-producing asset.
- Recurring lot income, not just one-time sales
- A design-forward alternative to the trailer park
- Our development team takes it trees-to-keys
- A community asset with long-term value
Your lot, your way.
A location is a showcase of 3–5 model homes people can walk through. It can sit on the community you're developing — or on a high-visibility highway or retail site that draws traffic, with a development nearby where homes get placed. Either way, every location ties back to land where these homes can live.
A new asset class, hiding in plain sight.
Mobile-home parks trade as some of the most durable, institution-favored real estate in the country. We believe a design-forward tiny-home community — built to a real standard, with financeable homes and a brand behind it — belongs in the same conversation. Our long-term goal is to make these homes financeable through conventional channels and our communities ownable as durable, income-producing assets.

Trees to keys.
You don't have to be a developer to build a community. Our development division can take a parcel from raw land to a finished, occupied community — feasibility, civil engineering, entitlements, infrastructure, unit placement and lease-up — so you can focus on selling and running it.
From conversation to open lot.

The program, answered.
Do I need to own land already?
Not necessarily. The ideal partner has property — or access to property they can develop into a community — but a location can also be a standalone showcase that connects to a nearby development. We'll talk through your situation when you apply.
Is this a franchise? Is there a territory?
Today it's a brand-and-network license — franchise-style benefits without a locked territory. We may move toward a formal franchise structure over time; early partners help shape it.
Can I just sell homes without building a community?
Yes. Plenty of partners will start by selling homes to individual buyers placing them on their own land. The community model is an option you can grow into, not a requirement.
What does the dealership kit include?
The brand and trademark license, your chosen 3–5 model lineup, access to our full vendor and manufacturer network, the marketing system and location page, a sales playbook, and our development division for the community side.
How do you handle the development work?
Our development division can take a community trees-to-keys — feasibility, civil engineering, entitlements, infrastructure, unit placement and lease-up — so you can focus on selling and running it.
What about financing for buyers?
Helping end buyers access conventional, agency-style financing — and building communities that hold institutional-grade value — is central to where we're headed. We share the full roadmap with qualified partners and investors on request.
Let's see if it's a fit.
Tell us about your market and your access to land. If it's a fit, we'll share the full partner brief — the kit, the economics, and our financing and community-asset roadmap.
