Choosing the unit is the fun part — and the smallest part. What turns a parcel into a place you can live is the sequence below, which we coordinate as one project.

The sequence

  • Property & site analysis — zoning, setbacks, access, suitability.
  • Permitting — building permits and approvals for the jurisdiction.
  • Land clearing & grading — prepare the build area.
  • Foundation or pad — sized to the unit.
  • Septic — system designed and installed to code.
  • Water & power — tie-in or well, plus electrical; solar where it makes sense.
  • Delivery & set — transport, crane or trailer placement.
  • Final connections & inspection — utilities hooked up, signed off, ready to live.
